4 This residence is basic but everything worked and we experienced no problems. Honestly to the price this house was fantastic. It had been comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.
They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, but it surely's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as have been the doors, the trim, much of the furniture, and so on.
The home is as marketed - nothing extravagant to the house but amazing location around the beach. No, the house will not be full on the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or spoil.

From the outside, the property looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks on the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price variety. The interior photos had been accurate and everything worked fine.
2 This property is a good location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nevertheless, it's in extreme need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Earlier reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. And so the house received a lot of sand in it.
that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. the many beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had cannabis-trends the most people off each of the beaches and even that was not what I call crowded". I do advise bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that occur out within the early morning hours and when the Sunshine starts to set and they do bite. it absolutely was nothing that will keep you indoors while. there really are a couple of state parks within the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is surely an understatement to be honest! its a very family friendly place instead of the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly family vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I most likely talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian go. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
